工程钻机使用过程中钻杆下溜的原因与判断

原因

 

1、故障原因
  钻杆是通过钢丝绳固定在主卷扬卷筒上的,当卷筒卷或放钢丝绳时钻杆才能相应地升或降。卷筒的动力来自于已多次减速的主卷扬马达,它的停止是靠直接安装在减速器上的制动器来实现的.在钻杆提升或下降过程中,如将操作手柄回到中位而钻杆不能很快停下来,其原因可能有3个:一是制动滞后;二是马达端部出口的两个液压锁失灵,马达在钢丝绳扭矩的作用下不能立即停止转动;第三个原因容易被忽视,所有的工程钻机都有一个钻杆释放的功能,该功能是由电磁阀3提供松开制动信号油,再由电磁阀2通过两根油管接通主卷扬马达的进、出油口,从而保证钻进过程钻头始终能与工作面接触并有一定的压力。而在其他工况下,电磁阀2将通往马达进、出油口的两根油管断开,如果断开不及时,则将出现上述故障现象。

2、判断方法
  (1)判断电磁阀2
  判断电磁阀2关闭是否严密:拆掉马达处通往电磁阀2的两根油管,并用两个堵头分别堵住马达端的两个油口,然后操作主卷扬机构,如果其工作正常,说明故障出自电磁阀2关闭不严;如果仍然不正常,则须要检查其部件。
  (2)判断液压锁
  判断液压锁是否有问题: 先调整其两个锁芯,如果不起作用,再将锁拆下来进行认真检查,如果找不到原因,可用现成的锁做装机试验,以找出故障的原因。因为副卷扬的液压锁与主卷扬的相同,故也可以借用副卷扬的锁,采用逐个更换的方法鉴别主卷扬锁的好坏。如果两个锁都没有问题,再进行下一步的检查。
  (3)判断制动信号油
  检查制动信号油给、断的快慢:目前的工程钻机,其信号油的流量是可以调节的,即主卷扬松开制动的时间是可以调整的。因此,对两种类型的钻机,可通过其调节阀来调整信号油的流量,如果机器的工作情况仍不正常,则须检查制动信号油的油管是否堵塞。如这些检查部位均正常,只能继续查下。
  (4)判断制动器
拆检制动器:看制动器活塞在工作行内是否移动顺畅,针对故障原因进行修理或更换。
